EasyJet flights from Paris’s Charles De Gaulle/Roissy airport were leaving on time on Wednesday morning despite a pilot’s strike, journalists reported, even though 65 per cent of pilots there and 30 per cent at Paris’s Orly airport had joined the industrial action. The company has brought in reserve pilots and moved some from other bases to ensure flights take off. No delays either in registration or take-off were reported at Roissy by 9.00am local time. On Tuesday easyJet said that no flights were expected to be cancelled but advised passengers to consult its website before leaving for airports. The pilot’s [ Read More ]
ven though traveling is fun, almost every hotel that you stay in has the same drab, boring appearance. They all have the same ugly paintings that hang on the same plain white walls. Planting a kiss on Mona Lisa’s cheek, riding the legendary Pegasus and even getting peed on by a baby, it’s all possible at one of South Korea’s Trick Eye Museums. They’re called “trick eye museums” and feature various well-executed trompe l’oeil (French for “deceive the eye) artworks that either look like they’re coming out of the frame, or that [ Read More ]

Landscape photography is a great field of photography, especially if you love nature and if you love to travel. You can travel the world taking pictures of beautiful scenes across many countries. Seljalandsfoss is one of the most famous waterfalls of Iceland. It is a pretty famous waterfall dropping about 60m over the cliffs of the former coastline. Upstream the river flows through Troll Gorge to Troll Gorge Marsh, a lovely hollow with flourishing vegetation, before tumbling down over a series of waterfalls, and finally off the cliff edge at Seljalandsfoss. It is possible to go behind the waterfall. Seljalandsfoss is situated in between Selfoss and Skógafoss at the road crossing of Route 1 (the Ring Road) with the track going into Þórsmörk. Given its conspicuous position, it’s easily seen from the [ Read More ]
